Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new tumor vaccine (SapDM275) combined with standard chemotherapy (AG regimen) in 13 people with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the disease. Participants receive the vaccine as a shot and continue treatment until the cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
