Wearable device zaps tough spinal tumors in new safety trial

NCT ID NCT06906900

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety of a wearable medical device that delivers low-intensity electric fields to the spine. It is for patients whose cancer has spread to the spine and has stopped responding to standard treatments like radiation or surgery. The goal is to see if this device, used alone or with other therapies, can help control tumor growth without causing serious side effects.
