Scientists map the hidden landscape inside 7,000 tumors

NCT ID NCT07396740

Summary

This study aims to create a detailed map of the supportive tissue, or 'stroma,' inside different types of tumors, both benign and cancerous. Researchers will analyze tissue samples from 7,000 patients to count different cell types and measure tissue components. The goal is to build foundational knowledge about the tumor environment, which may help guide future research into new treatments.
