Stroke combo shows promise: could two drugs be better than one?

Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called urinary kallidinogenase (HUK) to standard stroke treatment (tenecteplase) helps people recover better after a stroke. About 200 adults who have had a moderate-to-severe stroke within the last 4.5 hours will receive either the combo or a placebo. The goal is to see if the combination leads to more people being independent (able to do daily activities) after 90 days.
