Ancient massage technique tested as new hope for depression relief
NCT ID NCT07449676
Summary
This study is testing whether a traditional Chinese massage therapy called Tui Jing can help reduce symptoms of depression. Researchers will compare the real therapy against a fake, placebo treatment in 64 adults with depression. They will measure changes in mood, sleep quality, stress, and body signals like heart rate to see if the therapy helps.
