Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called TUDCA, taken by breastfeeding mothers with a fatty liver condition, can improve the health of both mother and baby. Researchers will enroll 80 mother-infant pairs and randomly give the mother either TUDCA or a placebo. The goal is to see if TUDCA is safe and can change breast milk composition to benefit the baby's metabolism and development.
