Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called TUDCA, taken by breastfeeding mothers with a fatty liver condition (MASLD), can improve health outcomes for their babies. Researchers will enroll 80 mother-infant pairs identified as high-risk based on a breast milk test. The goal is to check safety and see if TUDCA changes breast milk composition and baby metabolism.
