New drug combo aims to stop brain metastases in their tracks

Summary

This study is for people with advanced HER2+ breast cancer whose cancer has spread to the brain but is stable elsewhere. Participants will continue their current treatment and add the drug tucatinib to see if it can delay or prevent new brain tumors. The goal is to improve control of the disease in the brain.
