Scarless surgery for female sterilization: does it affect your sex life?
NCT ID NCT05910385
Summary
This study compared two ways to perform tubal ligation (female sterilization) surgery. Researchers wanted to see if a newer, scarless method performed through the vagina (vNOTES) was as good as the standard abdominal method in terms of a woman's sexual life six months after surgery. They also looked at pain, recovery time, and patient satisfaction.
