Summary

This study tests a program called Tu'Washindi, designed with input from young people, to help Kenyan girls and young women (ages 15-24) reduce intimate partner violence and increase use of PrEP, a daily pill that prevents HIV. About 1,562 participants will either receive the 6-month program plus standard HIV services, or standard services alone. Researchers will check if the program leads to more consistent PrEP use and less violence over a year.
