Summary

This study is for 50 adults aged 30-80 with a heart condition called ATTR-CM. Researchers want to see if a prescribed medication (like tafamidis or acoramidis) lowers certain amyloid proteins in the blood over 3 months. The goal is to find out if a simple blood test can help doctors monitor how well the treatment is working.
