First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based treatment called transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS) is as good as an in-office procedure for overactive bladder. 70 patients from a county hospital tried either TTNS at home or the standard in-office treatment. Researchers measured symptom improvement and patient satisfaction. The goal was to see if TTNS is a practical and satisfactory option for patients.
