Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation method called tTIS to see if it can reduce alcohol cravings and prevent relapse in people with alcohol use disorder. Sixty adults aged 18-60 who meet the criteria for alcohol use disorder will receive the stimulation targeting the amygdala, a brain area linked to cravings. The main goal is to measure changes in craving levels and track relapse rates after treatment.
