Summary

This study involves 16 healthy volunteers to learn how a drug called XBD173 binds to a protein (TSPO) in the lungs. Researchers will use PET scans and blood tests to find the right dose and understand how food affects the drug. The goal is to gather knowledge for designing future studies on pulmonary hypertension.
