Breakthrough PTSD drug enters final testing phase
NCT ID NCT07456696
Summary
This study is testing whether a new medication called TSND-201 can help reduce symptoms of PTSD in adults. Researchers will compare two different doses of the medication against a placebo in 300 people who have had PTSD for at least 6 months and haven't gotten enough relief from other treatments. Participants receive weekly treatments for 4 weeks, followed by 8 weeks of monitoring to see how well the medication works and check for side effects.
