Tracking rare diseases in pregnancy to protect mothers and babies

NCT ID NCT06160310

Summary

This study is collecting information from pregnant women who have Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) or Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) to better understand how these conditions affect pregnancy. Participants complete monthly surveys about their health and medications during pregnancy, and researchers follow their babies for up to five years after birth. The goal is to create evidence-based guidelines to improve care for these patients during pregnancy and identify the best timing for fetal screening.
