Summary
This was a first-in-human study to check if a new oral drug called TRX-100 is safe and how it moves through the body. It involved 66 healthy adult volunteers who received either the drug or a placebo. The main goal was to find a safe dose by testing increasing amounts and measuring side effects and drug levels in the blood.
