First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This early-phase study aims to better understand inner ear injuries and test potential regenerative treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus. About 120 adults aged 18-75 with sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, or inner ear injury will receive comprehensive hearing tests and may receive experimental therapies like stem cells or biological agents. The goal is to see if these approaches can improve hearing or reduce symptoms like ringing in the ears.
