New study tests which exercise helps stroke survivors regain balance best

Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—trunk training and lateral tilt balance training—to see which better helps stroke patients improve trunk control, balance, and daily activities. It involves 44 adults aged 40-75 who had a stroke 6 months to 1.5 years ago and can walk 10 meters independently. Participants will be assessed using standard balance and mobility tests.
