Summary

This study is testing a special 3D-printed cage called the TRUMATCH Graft Cage to help repair large gaps in the arm or leg bones that are hard to fix with standard surgery. Up to 5 adults with these severe bone breaks will receive the cage and be followed for 3 years to see how well the bone heals, if there are complications, and how quickly they return to normal activities. The goal is to learn if this new device can improve outcomes for these difficult injuries.
