Mouthwash may stop cancer Drug's painful side effect

Summary
This study tests if a dexamethasone mouthwash can prevent or reduce painful mouth sores caused by the cancer drug datopotamab deruxtecan. About 100 adults with advanced breast or lung cancer will use the mouthwash and be monitored for 12 weeks. The goal is to improve quality of life during treatment.
