Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) combined with immunotherapy, with or without chemotherapy, in 155 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shows signs of shrinking tumors. It is not yet known if this approach will work better than current treatments.
