Summary
This study tests a new drug called datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) combined with immunotherapy, with or without carboplatin, in 155 adults with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. This is an early-phase trial, so it focuses on safety and finding the right dose, not a cure.
