Scientists test 'Supercharged' immune cells to fight tough cancers

NCT ID NCT06066424

Summary

This is an early-stage study testing a new type of cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors are using specially engineered immune cells from donated cord blood, designed to target a protein called TROP2 found on many cancer cells. The main goal is to find a safe and effective dose, and to see if this approach can help control the cancer.
