Triple the stimulation: new hope for heart failure patients?
NCT ID NCT02962791
Summary
This study tested whether stimulating three different areas of the heart (instead of the standard two) could improve outcomes for people with heart failure who receive a special pacemaker called CRT. Researchers compared the new triple-site approach against standard therapy in 36 patients to see if it better improved heart function and reduced heart size. The goal was to help more patients benefit from this established treatment.
