Summary
This study is testing a new combination of three immune-based treatments for advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. It aims to see if using CAR T cells, CTLs, and a special vaccine together is safe and can help control the cancer. The trial will also track how long these immune cells last in the body and how they fight the disease.
