Summary
This study aims to find the best three-drug combination to help people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar. It will compare two different sets of pills taken once daily for 90 days in 110 participants. Researchers will check which combination lowers blood sugar more effectively and causes fewer side effects like nausea or infections.
