Summary
This study looks at people with ulcerative colitis whose symptoms are not controlled after trying at least two advanced medications. Participants choose either to continue trying different drugs or to have surgery to remove the colon. The study will measure quality of life and satisfaction six months later to help future patients make better decisions.
