NCT ID NCT03734757
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using a special combination of PET-CT, choline, and MRI scans together can help doctors better plan radiation therapy for men with high-risk prostate cancer. Twenty patients were enrolled to compare the new imaging method with standard scans. The goal was to see if the new approach changes the treatment area or strategy, but it was an early-stage study focused on gathering information, not on directly treating the disease.
