Summary

This study is testing a program that combines exercise, nutrition advice, and mental support for people with gastrointestinal cancer who are getting chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this program is practical and helps patients feel stronger and recover better after their operation. About 30 adults with early-stage cancer will take part.
