Summary

This study tests whether a trimodal prehabilitation program—combining physical exercise, nutritional support, and psychological counseling—is feasible for people with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to improve physical fitness, reduce complications, and speed up recovery. The study will enroll 30 adults with stage I-III gastrointestinal cancer.
