First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of two chemotherapy drugs (trifluridine/tipiracil pills plus oxaliplatin by IV) in people with advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer whose first treatment stopped working or didn't help. The goal is to see if this combo controls the cancer better than the usual second-line treatment (FOLFOX). About 27 adults will take part, and the main measure is how many patients' cancer stops growing or shrinks.
