Summary

This study tests whether a supplement called tributyrin can help lower blood sugar and reduce appetite in people with overweight or obesity. Twelve participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for two weeks, then switch. Researchers will measure blood sugar, hunger, and calorie intake after a meal.
