NCT ID NCT07164547

Summary

This study tested if a single dose of a plant-based supplement called Tribulus terrestris could give a quick boost to explosive power and speed. It involved 28 trained male athletes from sports like kickboxing and taekwondo. Each athlete took either the supplement or a dummy pill before performing short, all-out cycling and sprinting tests to see if it made a difference.
