New therapy aims to ease double mental health burden

Summary

This study compares a new trauma-focused therapy (MBT-TF) with standard therapy for adults who have both borderline personality disorder and complex PTSD. The goal is to see if the new approach is practical and helpful for reducing symptoms. Forty participants will be followed for 15 months to gather feedback from patients and clinicians.
