Summary

This study tests different antibiotics to treat small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) in 60 malnourished children in Bangladesh. The goal is to find the best treatment to help children grow normally and avoid stunting. Participants must have a positive breath test for SIBO and be otherwise healthy.
