Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced digestive tract cancers that have caused fluid buildup in the belly (malignant ascites) and have not responded to standard treatments. The treatment combines a modified tumor-killing protein, an immunotherapy drug, and targeted radiation. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce or eliminate the fluid and improve outcomes.
