Summary

This study tested a drug called PF-05212384 in people with certain aggressive blood cancers (leukemia or related conditions) that came back or didn't respond to treatment. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink or control the cancer. Only 10 people took part before the study was stopped early, so results are limited.
