First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs—dapagliflozin and SC0062—can better protect the kidneys in adults with type 1 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. About 36 participants will try each drug alone and together to see if the combo reduces protein in urine and prevents fluid buildup. The goal is to slow kidney damage without causing serious side effects.
