Summary

This study tests whether giving a triple blood pressure pill soon after a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage) helps control blood pressure better than usual care. It includes 140 adults in Hong Kong who are at high risk based on a special score. The goal is to lower the chance of another stroke or heart problem.
