Summary
This study tests whether certain medications can help people recover faster from respiratory infections like flu and COVID-19. Adults with a positive test and at least two symptoms (like cough or runny nose) can join within 5 days of feeling sick. Participants will receive either standard care or an experimental treatment, and researchers will track how quickly they feel fully recovered.
