Summary

This study tests if two natural supplements, Myo-Inositol and Dioscorea Villosa, can help teenagers aged 14-19 get regular menstrual cycles. It includes teens with or without PCOS who have periods that are too short, too long, or absent. The goal is to see if more teens have a normal cycle after treatment compared to those not taking the supplements.
