Restless legs in rare disease: new hope for better sleep and walking

Summary

This study looks at how common restless leg syndrome is in women with X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and tests if the drug pramipexole can reduce leg symptoms, improve sleep, and help with walking. About 24 women with ALD will take part. The goal is to see if treating restless legs can improve their daily life.
