Summary
This study looks at whether adding treadmill walking to a restricted diet can improve psoriasis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women. Forty obese women with both conditions will be assigned to diet alone or diet plus walking. Researchers will measure changes in psoriasis severity, body weight, waist size, and hormone levels.
