Shaking away hypertension: new exercise study targets sleep and Well-Being

Summary

This study looks at whether Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) can improve sleep and quality of life in people with high blood pressure. Forty adults aged 50-65 with stage 1 hypertension will do supervised TRE sessions for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, quality of life, and blood pressure before and after the program.
