Summary
This study aims to observe how well the antidepressant trazodone works for older adults who have both moderate-to-severe depression and mild memory problems. Researchers will follow 120 patients in Italy, Poland, and Romania as they receive this medication as part of their standard care. The main goal is to see how their depression symptoms, memory, sleep, and quality of life change over time.
