First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether a new polymer version of the antidepressant trazodone works the same as the current Contramid® version in the body. Sixty-four healthy adults took both 150 mg and 300 mg doses of each formula. The goal was to see if the new formula is absorbed similarly, which could lead to more options for patients.
