New hope for treating trauma in autistic kids
NCT ID NCT07420478
Summary
This study is testing whether a proven trauma therapy can be successfully adapted for autistic youth in real-world community mental health clinics. It will enroll 24 autistic children and teens with trauma symptoms, along with their therapists. The main goal is to see if this modified therapy is practical and acceptable for families and providers, not to measure its direct effect on symptoms.
