First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at 120 teens aged 11-17 who are in the hospital for psychiatric care. It compares those admitted for suicidal behavior with those admitted for other reasons. Researchers want to understand how trauma affects their recovery and feelings about hospitalization. The goal is to learn more, not to test a new treatment.
