Summary
This study aims to identify which factors are linked to death in patients with severe injuries who are treated in intensive care units (ICUs) in Colombia. Researchers will review two years of hospital discharge records from ICUs, comparing trauma patients to other patients. The goal is to find patterns that can help doctors better predict risk and improve care for future trauma patients.
