New hope for advanced cancer patients with HER-2 tumors

Summary
This study looks at the safety of a drug called trastuzumab rezetecan, given alone or with other treatments, for people with advanced solid tumors that have the HER-2 protein. About 30 adults whose cancer has come back or spread, and who have not responded to or cannot take standard therapies, will be enrolled. The main goal is to track serious side effects, while also measuring how well the drug shrinks tumors and delays cancer growth.
