Summary

This study tests a structured program called TransitionED to help youth aged 16+ with eating disorders move from pediatric to adult healthcare. The program includes planning guides, meetings with clinicians, and peer support. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and helpful for patients, families, and doctors. About 60 youth and their caregivers will take part.
